Return and Refund Policy:
If customer finds that product is not printed according to their requirements, they are required to inform the company within 3 business days after receiving the order. In case of any issue with printing, we’ll reprint your order but money will not be refunded. After filing your complaint, our team will check defect and process accordingly. Please be noted that urgent orders are non-refundable
Order Placement and cancellation Payments
Our prices are quoted in USD (U.S Dollars) and payment will also be processed in the same currency. Total amount includes taxes and shipping charges. Company will immediately start working on the order after receiving total amount.
Once the job is sent to press, no changes will be accepted relevant to design and timing. Customer can place cancellation request within 4 hours after approval of proof. For more details please visit our refund and return policy.
Artwork File Submission
Polo Packaging demands your artwork files in 300dpi (dots per inch) and CMYK format. If you’re providing the files in other format, they’ll not be considered by the company. Company will not take any responsibility for exaggerated or blurred printing if files received in different format.
Polo Packaging reserves complete right to decline the order if finding it unlawful. Being a customer, if you accept the order it is your liability to accept the material that is customized on your instructions. Polopackaging.com reserves right to decline any order without notifying the reason to customer.
Color Accuracy and Proof
Being a customer, it is your responsibility to check, update and review the proof thoroughly. After complete acknowledgment from the customer, designs are sent to press for printing purpose. Be careful in job of proof because it may impact the turnaround time that is mentioned on our website. You need to check out the proof thoroughly before making an agreement. Always check the original file for any expected error.
Customer’s Responsibility for an Approved Proof
Customers are fully responsible for approved proof. Color accuracy isn’t guaranteed because sometimes it cannot be exactly same due to built-in-limitations. While placing an order, you agree to this drawback. Our professional staff tries its best to provide the closest color but still company isn’t responsible for color changes among expected or printed color. No reprinting will be done for color alteration that occur due to system limitations.
Note: All packaging material is shipped in pre-assembled form.
Underruns Overruns
Polo Packaging usually delivers more than the committed product quantity. The extra pieces of products are free of cost and considered as a gift for customers. But sometimes, product is underrun, in such scenario, company will only charge for the quantity that is delivered.
Production and Order Delivery
Once you’re finalized the order, payment is processed and artwork file is shared, job is sent to press department. At that time printing turnaround time starts. Company and its employees try their best to deliver before time. In case of any delay, Polopackaging.com isn’t liable because it may caused by any issue i.e. weather, customs and shipping company issue. Such issues aren’t controlled by us. Orders are not cancelled due to such delay in printing.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The site and its content are shared “as is” with any type of warranty, either indirect or expressed. You hereby acknowledge that the operations of the site may not be error-free or interrupted.
