Overview Since polo packaging offers a customized packaging solution that is manufactured on the customer’s directions. In case of any faulty product, the customer must inform the company within 3 business days after receiving it.
- Before returning the product be sure that the product must not be used and have the same condition that you received it.
- Product should also be wrapped in original packaging.
- Furthermore, the receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.
Any product if not found in original condition, damaged or missing will not refunded. Any product that is claimed after 3 business days will also not be considered for refund.
Company-Side Errors
If an error occurs from the company side and it got confirmed, we’ll take complete responsibility for reprinting or entire order.

Client-Side Flaws
If it is confirmed that the issue falls from customer’s side, order will not be considered for refund.
Terms for Order Cancellation
- Once the proof is approved by the customer, printing instructions are immediately forwarded to the press.
- Customer can cancel the order within 4 hours after proof approval.
- If an order cancellation request is received after possessing, 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
- After processing, cancellation request must be received within 12 to 24 hours.
- Once the order is sent to press, no refund or cancellation request will be approved.
