Since polo packaging offers a customized packaging solution that is manufactured on the customer’s directions. In case of any faulty product, the customer must inform the company within 3 business days after receiving it.
Any product if not found in original condition, damaged or missing will not refunded.
Any product that is claimed after 3 business days will also not be considered for refund.
If an error occurs from the company side and it got confirmed, we’ll take complete responsibility for reprinting or entire order.
If it is confirmed that the issue falls from customer’s side, order will not be considered for refund.
