Since polo packaging offers a customized packaging solution that is manufactured on the customer’s directions. In case of any faulty product, the customer must inform the company after receiving it.
If an error occurs from the company side and it got confirmed, we’ll take complete responsibility for reprinting or entire order.
If it is confirmed that the issue falls from customer’s side, order will not be considered for refund.
